ClearHaven Terms & Conditions

ClearHaven operates fully within the framework of the Oregon Psilocybin Services Act (ORS 475A).
All psilocybin sessions occur at a state-licensed service center, and I am a state-licensed facilitator under Oregon law.

My role as a facilitator is to:

• Provide education, preparation, and integration support related to psilocybin services
• Maintain your safety, comfort, and confidentiality throughout the process
• Remain present and attentive for the full duration of your psilocybin session
• Avoid any interpretation, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions

Psilocybin facilitation is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment.

Facilitators are not licensed mental health professionals unless separately qualified. My role is to guide, support, and hold space, not to diagnose or treat any condition.

You must be 21 years or older to participate in psilocybin services under Oregon law.

Preparation & Integration Sessions
Preparation and integration are an essential part of this process. Sessions that have already taken place are non-refundable.

If you choose to discontinue services, I will provide a full refund for any sessions that have not yet occurred, provided you notify me at least 7 days before our next scheduled meeting.

Refund values are based on your selected program:

Explore Program

• Preparation session: $375 value
• Integration session: $125 value


Expand Program

• 3 Preparation sessions: $250 each
• 3 Integration sessions: $83 each


Embody Program

• 6 Preparation sessions: $187 each
• 6 Integration sessions: $62 each


Journey Days

Journey days require significant scheduling and coordination with licensed service centers. Refunds for facilitation fees follow this schedule:


• Cancelled 14+ days before the scheduled journey: if a credit card was used for payment, a 95% refund of fees paid to ClearHaven will be returned. This is to compensate for the credit card fees incurred on my end. If payment was sent via ACH or direct bank transfer, 100% of the fees will be refunded.
• Cancelled 7–13 days before: 50% refund
• Cancelled 1–6 days before: 25% refund

If rescheduling is needed due to unforeseen circumstances, I will work with you to find a new date. If rescheduling occurs within 1–6 days of your journey, a $250 rescheduling fee applies.

Cancellation days are determined by comparing the calendar date of the scheduled sessions with the date the cancellation is requested.

Please note: ClearHaven is not responsible for any cancellation or rescheduling fees from the licensed service center or for product costs collected by the center.

Room rental and psilocybin product costs are separate from ClearHaven’s facilitation fees.
These are collected directly by the licensed service center, or by ClearHaven and transferred securely on your behalf.


All product transactions are conducted through the Oregon Psilocybin Services Tracking System (PSTS) in compliance with state regulations.

All personal and medical information is securely stored in encrypted, HIPAA-compliant systems.
 Only the information required by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) for psilocybin service participation is shared with the service center or entered into the PSTS.


If you choose to opt in, de-identified data may be shared with the OHA for statewide research and reporting purposes. No personally identifying information is shared without your written consent.
Session notes are kept for professional recordkeeping only and may include time-stamped reflections or non-clinical observations relevant to your process. All records are protected under Oregon confidentiality laws.

Under Oregon law (ORS 475A.420), facilitators are prohibited from claiming or implying that psilocybin use can diagnose, treat, or cure medical or psychological conditions.


While psilocybin experiences can be profound and transformative, no specific outcome can be guaranteed. Each journey is unique, and your experience will depend on many factors including mindset, environment, and readiness for self-reflection.

My commitment is to:

• Provide clear, informed, and compassionate support
• Offer a safe environment for exploration
• Help you integrate insights into your daily life through non-directive guidance

Your growth is your own, and this work is a partnership built on trust, presence, and respect for your autonomy.

As a participant, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate medical and personal information during intake
• Disclose any prescribed medications or health concerns that may impact psilocybin use
• Refrain from consuming alcohol, cannabis, or other psychoactive substances before and during your session
• Follow all service center rules and facilitator guidance for safety

The facilitator may postpone or terminate a session if safety concerns arise, in accordance with Oregon law.

ClearHaven’s fees reflect the cost of:

• Professional licensing fees
• Administrative fees for processing intake documents
• Liability insurance and compliance with state requirements
• Secure data handling and recordkeeping systems
• Coordination with licensed service centers
• Ongoing professional supervision and training

Your payment supports not only your direct experience, but the extensive safety infrastructure required by Oregon’s psilocybin program.

By engaging ClearHaven’s services, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these terms
• You understand psilocybin facilitation is not medical or psychological treatment
• You accept that outcomes cannot be guaranteed
• You consent to participation under Oregon Psilocybin Services regulations
