In our virtual sessions, we’ll explore the story of your life. Your hopes. Your fears. The places where you feel stuck and where you feel most alive. Building trust in this way creates the safety you need to explore the depths of your psilocybin experience without holding back.
Clarifying Your Intentions
Whether you arrive with clear expectations or an open curiosity, you’re welcome here. Our work together is to help you approach your journey with open hands. Not abandoning your hopes, but holding them lightly enough to receive whatever comes up in your psilocybin journey.
Creating a Support Plan
Together, we’ll create a personalized plan for Journey Day. This includes your health history, dosage, environment, and logistics. We’ll also explore what brings you comfort like music, supportive touch, and sound healing.

Journey Day
The Heart of Your Experience
Your journey begins at a licensed service center in Portland in a private room designed for comfort and safety. We start with breath work and grounding to help you arrive fully in your body. When you’re ready, your carefully measured dose arrives brewed into a cup of warm tea which you consume at your own pace.
Experienced Guidance
My role is to be a steady, grounded presence for the entire session offering reassurance and support when needed. I will be holding space for whatever arises without judgment, allowing you to explore freely knowing that whatever comes up, I got you.
Curated Soundscapes
Each playlist is crafted for the arc of a psilocybin journey. When it feels right, I offer live music with crystal sound bowls and acoustic guitar. Sound becomes a companion when words fall away.

Reflecting on Your Experience
A few days after your journey, we will meet again to process everything you experienced. Sometimes the meaning is immediate. Sometimes it takes weeks to understand. In these virtual sessions, we’ll explore it all together.
Creating a Growth Plan
Psilocybin often opens something new in our lives. Tenderness, creativity, a desire to live more aligned with our values. Together, we’ll develop sustainable practices to keep your momentum moving forward.
